Clarett Gets First Stop Work But Finally Wants To Meet The Neighbors!

With it's first Stop Work Order under its belt at 340 Court Street, the Clarett Group, is planning to finally do what it has promised for a long, long time: meet with the community to "unveil" the plans for the site.
According to Vincent Joseph of the Union-Sackett Association, Clarett representatives will meet with Carroll Gardens residents

on Thursday, April 3 at 7 PM at P.S.58.

Pardon me for asking, but why did it take Clarett so long? They should have shown the community the plans for the proposed townhouses and condominium building months ago.

I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see the architectural drawings. It should be an interesting meeting.
