Circa 1900
I fell in love with the little kid standing in the street, observing the goings-on in this vintage photo. I know that this picture was taken in Brooklyn. The inscription at the bottom clearly reads: "Removing Wood Blocks & 5" Concrete Under "L", Brooklyn. But an attempt to search for Fink's Department store to get an idea of the location, has come up empty. Would anyone like to venture a guess?
