I know this isn't about Carroll Gardens or Brooklyn, but...
Customer service these days seems to be non-existent or mediocre at best. That's why I wanted to take a minute to thank the people at Hilary Radley, an outerwear company. They went out of their way to address a little problem I had with my Radley coat. I was incredibly impressed by how the matter was handled. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there that care about their customers.
