Is this new, dear Reader? There have always been signs around Fairway's parking lot in Red Hook warning that the lot was reserved for costumers only. I think there always were some that stated that parking was limited to two hours. But the threat of having one's car immobilized seemed new. The signs looked as though they had just been put up.
Doesn't this seem just a bit extreme?
Has anyone had their car "immobilized" yet?
