Who knew that Carroll Gardens has so many talented singers? Though it was rather cold on Saturday, residents of all ages came out to take the mike for the very first Halloween Karaoke event in Carroll Park. A case in point is the new "Persons Of Interest" barber shop at 299 Smith Street, which just opened on Tuesday where, until recently, Giorgio Zocco gave haircuts to generations of Carroll Gardeners.
