Tonight, the Trinity Pipes will once again meet up in Carroll Gardens to carol through the streets of the neighborhood. The Pipes are all former members of Trinity College's a cappella group, who independently moved to Brooklyn and reconnected in our fair borough. For the last five years, they have treated Carroll Gardeners to their beautiful voices.
This year, the Trinity Pipes will start caroling on Clinton Street, and head up Union Street towards Hoyt Street around 9pm. They will then wind their way through the neighboring blocks between Hoyt Street and Court Street, and as Greg, one of the Pipes told me, the group will "ending up singing in the fine drinking establishments on Smith Street.
If you would like the Pipes to come by your place tonight, post a comment below and tell them where you want them to sing in the neighborhood.
Make sure you catch them. They are truly amazing.
