If D.O.B. can't control the thousands of construction sites in this city, they won't catch the work going on during a Sunday at 340 Bond Street, right?

Construction on Sunday again. I just called 311 to file a complaint. We'll see if DOB shows up.This shows DOB is asleep at the wheel. There are many complaints on this building. It's one of Scarano's fuzzy math miracles. Wait until the buyers find out it is built on a swamp and the basement is constantly flooded. Scarano will call it a pool! Bloomberg won't fire the DOB Commissioner. How many more people need to die because of her inaction.Everyone should call 311 and complain. Maybe this will motivate DOB to do their job.
