Those Blue Ikea Bags Popping Up In Carroll Gardens

Those huge blue Ikea bags are starting to become a common sight in Carroll Gardens. Just today, I saw two within half a block. One of them had been re-purposed into a laundry bag.

Well, they ARE re-usable...
