There is SO MUCH HOPE from this simple action by Representative Velazquez who is here voicing the will of the majority on this issue. The community knows that the Superfund is the only way we may achieve a better, cleaner environment in Gowanus; yet the mayor (who seems to be bullying everyone on this issue)is representing those elite few who are scheming to make money form a place that they have no intention of ever remediating.
