The big rock in the "rock garden" in Carroll Park has been tagged. Though the park has been locked at night by the 76th Police Precinct, someone was able to spray it with day glow orange paint. Its impossible to decipher the word or words. It rather looks like scribbles.
An illiterate vandal.
