Organic? I don't think so. For the last few week-ends, I have noticed local residents setting up shop to sell their unwanted items along the fence of P.S. 58, right next to the Carroll Garden's Farmers Market which occupies the corner at Carroll and Smith. They couldn't have chosen a better location! Judging from the people milling in front of the wares, this seller of household items, books and clothing did a brisk business.So will Carroll Gardens local produce market now includes a flea market, too?
