I just got an email from the folks at Tini Bar in Red Hook. It seems as though they put a nice Thanksgiving menu together at their new location. The last time I was there, they were at 414 Van Brunt. According to the email, they moved over to 293 Van Brunt.
Pardon me for asking, but isn't that Barabara Corcoran's Red Hook investment? Looks as though she finally found someone to rent to. The storefront has been empty for a while. Back in March of this year, Curbed reported that Corcoran had dropped the monthly rent of this lovely store front from $2,500 to $1,800. I hope Tini Bar got a great deal. ( If the space is bigger, can they still call their establishment "Tini"?) And for those of you lucky enough to not have to cook for family on Thanksgiving , check out the info on Tini's Thanksgiving feast. It sure sounds wonderful.
